Day 4 - Meeting Information
Visual exercise: Daily N5 - Day 4
Summary: A meeting will be held the day after tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the third-floor meeting room. Important company members and a guest from overseas will come. People should bring business cards, a notebook, and pens.

If you finished the Text Recreation Exercise, try this additional Visual Writing Exercise. The picture shows the actions and situation only. There is no dialogue in the image. Use the scenes to imagine what the characters are saying.
Then, write your own short Japanese text or dialogue describing the situation.
Try to use the vocabulary and grammar from this lesson, but you may also use other words and grammar you know.
Theme: At the company: tomorrow's meeting
Situation: You work at a company. Tomorrow there will be a meeting with your boss and the manager. The meeting materials are on the table, and some work-related items are already in the meeting room. A coworker asks what time the meeting starts, whether it will be in the morning or the afternoon, and which items will be needed.
Try to use some of these words in your text or dialogue.
